The staff are great, super friendly, and ready to help with any issues. My room was comfortable, the shower was hot, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel is about 20 years old and starting to show its age. The rooms will need renovations soon to keep up with the wear. It's okay value for the price, and definitely the best choice in Newton compared with the other hotel options.

We're getting married in Newton in the fall and have been trying to arrange a hotel block since November last year. My mother and I have called and emailed more than 20 times. Every time we called, they told us to email the AGM and said “she will answer within three business days.” We waited months for replies to our emails. We got one response saying they could only accommodate 10 rooms. We said we'd take the block for ten to help our guests avoid all having to drive into Wichita. We've now replied twice to say we want the ten rooms, and still haven't heard back. If you need a hotel block in Newton, look somewhere else and save yourself the time.

Car trouble interrupted our trip on a Sunday, and we needed to wait for a repair shop to open Monday. I called the nearest hotel to book a room. Reagan was gracious and let us check in early. The room was clean and looked recently refurbished, breakfast was good, and all the staff were wonderful.

The room was dirty and smelled foul, and there was a dirty towel in the cabinet under the sink. Breakfast was well stocked and had lots of options.
