The Google search result is wrong about the price. It says rooms are $50, but a single guy can get a King bedroom for $65+tax. The rooms are very nice. The staff are a sweet family. My photos show them playing badminton and teaching their child to ride a bike for the first time. Their children’s footprints are in our rock. To me, that feels very American.

My room was basic, but very clean and well stocked, and the staff were kind and helpful. This isn’t a luxury hotel, which makes sense for the price. There’s also a sidewalk along the walk to Applebee's.

We were in town for an organized bicycle ride, and the owner let us keep our bicycles in the room because rain was forecast overnight. We were careful not to lean them against the wall. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean and quiet since it’s off busier 1st Ave/St. It’s affordable and I’d recommend the place.

Stayed one night on my own. The rooms are basic but VERY CLEAN, and the service was good. It costs less than the nearby places that charge twice as much, so I prefer staying here.

Very clean and great for the price. It’s not fancy, but it works.
