Cambria Hotel Niagara Falls

We’ll definitely come back. The location was perfect, and the room felt roomy and comfortable for a reasonable price. I especially liked the chaise lounge. Everything was very, very clean, with a cool modern feel. Parking cost $20, though the lot was well lit and seemed secure. The young woman who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. There’s a restaurant with good options at fair prices, and we plan to try it next time.

The young woman who confirmed my reservation deserves a thank you. I didn’t catch her name, but she helped make our anniversary visit a great one. They even left a special gift after I mentioned the occasion when I called. The staff were friendly, everything was extremely clean, and the Falls, food, and souvenirs were all within walking distance. The hotel also has really good food and drinks. There’s a lot more I could say, but this place was truly amazing. I highly recommend Cambria Haotel.

Our family reunion and Buffalo Bills game day watch party worked out really well in the hotel's conference room. The hostess went the extra mile to make the event a success, even arranging a surprise meet and greet with former Buffalo Bills wide receiver and current NFL analyst Stevie Johnson just before kickoff. He took pictures, signed autographs, and chatted with our family before heading to the studio for the local station's postgame coverage. The food was good too, especially the pub food, pizza, and wings, and the staff paid close attention to guests. Downstairs, the entrance, bar, restaurant, and check-in area have a lively feel. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with cozy rooms and well-equipped bathrooms. I also loved that there are no carpets, which is great for people with airborne allergies. It’s a nice place with affordable rates and a hardworking staff that wants guests to have a pleasant, memorable stay.

We had an issue with the TV, and the staff immediately offered to move us to another room. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean, and the hotel is in a great location. There’s an Italian restaurant and a bar with a range of food for the whole family. The downsides are the fairly high restaurant prices and the $20 daily parking charge.
