Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry by IHG

The staff were very warm and welcoming, and I loved the artwork in the room. We stayed two nights on the sixth floor, two adults, with a view of Canada. The view and proximity to the falls park were excellent, but the room was worn and not very clean. The toilet ran all night, the sixth-floor ice maker barely worked, and the tub didn’t drain while showering. There was dust and debris all over the hallways. We were also caught off guard by the extra DMDF taxes, and the parking fees were too much. If little issues don’t bother you, it’s a nice place to stay.

Being able to walk to the falls was great, and the view from our seventh-floor Falls View room was amazing. We checked in early, and the front desk staff were very friendly. We also met the cleaning staff outside our room, and they were super nice. The room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The only odd thing was the oval toilet with a round seat. Other than that, I’d highly recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating, and the view was really nice. The hotel and rooms were mostly very clean, and the upsell felt worth it. Having Anchor Bar right there was convenient, and the casino was a four-minute walk away. A few things put me off: one towel had a big, nasty yellow stain, the coffee maker was kind of gross, and the shower took about five minutes to get hot. They charge guests for parking and don’t offer a continental breakfast. The only breakfast option is Anchor Bar, at exorbitant prices. Making guests pay for parking and providing no breakfast feels like nickel and diming. I probably won’t return if I can find somewhere that doesn’t do that.

The room was great, smelled fresh, and was clean, and the bathroom was nice with good water pressure. The staff were professional and very welcoming. Holiday Inn has never disappointed me.
