The Little Italy of Niagara Falls Bed & Breakfast

We were just passing through Niagara Falls for one night and wanted an affordable place, so this suited us well. The host was very welcoming, and the arrival instructions were detailed and useful. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom were very clean. The bathroom could have used a little more attention, though nothing major, and I'm personally picky about that. There was a double charge for the room, but the host sorted it out right away. It's well located for tourist attractions, and I'd happily stay again if I were in the area.

Jordan was a really accommodating host over phone and email, though our travel schedule was too packed for us to meet him. The kitchen was spotless and useful, and the house itself was lovely. This little B&B was clean, beautifully furnished, and a big step up from a hotel. The beds were very comfortable, with nice linens. It's close to Niagara and reasonably priced, so I'd recommend it.

We usually stick to hotels, but taking a chance on this B&B paid off. It had the comforts we associate with a five-star hotel, along with a warm, homey feel. Jordan was welcoming and easy to talk to, and knew plenty about directions, local activities, and great restaurants. He made eggs to order, potatoes, and fresh-pressed coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was amazing. There was also a selection of tea. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, but with great back support. There were soft and firm pillows, and the linens were plush and soft. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the shower had strong pressure and seemingly endless hot water. You could even play music over Bluetooth while showering. The house felt warm and welcoming, and the kitchen, living room, and dining room were clean and cozy. Entry to each room used a key code, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood was charming and close to the Falls, with easy parking and an easy entrance. The owner communicated all the information we needed. This is our first choice when we visit the Niagara region, if it's available. We can't wait to find another reason to come back.

I booked only an hour before arriving and had all the important information within ten minutes, so the whole process was incredibly smooth. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and toiletries were provided. I didn't get to meet Jordan, the host, but Becky made us breakfast and was lovely to chat with. The other guests were nice too. There's good parking on site, and this is a great place to stay in the Niagara Falls area.
