Sleep Inn & Suites Niceville - Destin

The floors were dirty and the sheets stained. On my first night on the second floor, I found two roaches, so I was moved to the first floor the next day. The second night, I woke up to one on the bed, then saw more on the nightstand when I turned on the lights. As I packed to leave, I found six more behind my shoes. I showed the manager photos and asked for a refund, but he gave me only part of the money back. Disgusting. Don’t stay here.

The staff were really nice and helpful when we checked in, and the hotel had looked great online. But our room was infested with roaches. When I moved things around, they ran out from behind them, and there were more in the bathroom sink. We checked the bed too and found a dead roach in it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was spotless, and the staff were so friendly. Brittany was especially helpful with everything. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were really nice, and the place feels brand new. Breakfast was a little sparse, but we managed. This was the first time we’d been charged a $100 deposit, which is returned after checkout if there’s no damage.
