We only stayed one night, and at $150 it felt a little pricey, but we had a really nice visit and would come back. Jenna was so kind at breakfast. She told me there was a highchair for my infant and even offered my kids a surprise from the treasure chest. There were lots of things for children to do, like coloring books, toys, books, fun pens, and crayons, and the breakfast room had open space and nice seating. Our room was lovely too. Jenna mentioned the remodeling: the third floor is finished and they were working on the second. We were on the first floor. The sink was a bit cracked and the tub had scratched stains, though both worked fine. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is outstanding, and kudos to the breakfast lady. We’ve stayed here from time to time and have always had a good experience. It’s clean, in a safe location, and the staff are consistently attentive and courteous. Prices are a little high, but we keep coming back and will again.

We stayed one night on Friday, December 6th, and will be back since we have family in the Niles area. The hotel was just wrapping up a major renovation. Our king room had been completely redone and was extremely clean, with new carpet. The newly installed walk-in shower in the renovated bathroom was especially nice, and I think that should be standard in every hotel room today. The lobby and public areas, including the breakfast area, were nicely decorated, and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The shower had really hot water, and the breakfast was fresh, hot, and had great choices. My room was very clean, and the front desk clerk was very nice. I'll definitely stay here again.

The quiet setting is a big part of why we like staying here when we visit the area. There’s a forest trail behind the hotel with birds, and it makes for a restful atmosphere. The staff are pleasant and helpful, especially Barb and MaryAnn, and the breakfast is really good.
