It felt cozy and welcoming, and the little thoughtful touches made bringing our dog along easy. The hosts communicated really well. We could walk to plenty of restaurants, breweries, and things to do, too. I’d happily recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

We had a really good stay, with no problems or concerns. The room was secure and had the basic essentials stocked. Its location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. I’d recommend it.

The quiet neighbors and convenient spot were a big plus. Canal Park and places like The Great Lakes Aquarium, Glensheen Mansion, and the Duluth Rose Garden are close, though there was sometimes a band playing outside a bar across the street. That didn’t bother me. I’ve stayed in room 207 twice, and both visits were enjoyable. The modern rooms still feel cozy, and there’s a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has the utensils needed to cook and serve food and drinks. Customer service was excellent, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. This has been my favorite hotel experience, and I HIGHLY recommend it.

Our first trip to Duluth was easy to plan around this bright, clean loft. It had what we needed, felt secure, and parking was simple. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance. We hope to return!
