Regency Inn Norco

There was no hot water, and they didn’t give us any towels. The staff didn’t care about the people staying there, just the money paid for this rundown place. Never again. What a joke.

A really nice, very clean place with a good location, A1 service, and a nice pool!

We came for my son’s graduation, but the room was disgusting. The beds had hair and stains, and the doors were alarming. Both the main door and bathroom door looked as if they’d been kicked in, then pushed back into place and painted over the huge cracks. After getting a closer look, I couldn’t believe there hadn’t been a recent crime scene in that room. At check-in they said our credit card wouldn’t work and insisted we use a debit card. That seemed suspicious. We had to rush to an event, so we left our things in the room and went out for a couple of hours, even though we felt uncomfortable as soon as we got there. When we returned and looked more closely, we decided to leave. The staff got angry and said they’d just change our room. After I finally agreed with the girl at the front desk, she called “the manager,” who was very rude to me on the phone. I agreed to pay for one night because they already had our card details and I just wanted to get away from that dump. We’ll get the charge reimbursed through our bank when we get home. DO NOT STAY HERE! They’ll also be getting a visit from the fire marshal and health department the next day. I hope it was worth being rude to the wrong person, ME!

The manager is very rude and yells at people over even small things, and the staff wouldn’t get rid of the bed bugs. The rooms smell strongly of smoke, and it seems impossible to wash the smell out. There was no fire alarm, and the microwave, fridge, and AC didn’t work. I had low expectations since it’s basically a motel, but somehow it was worse than I expected. It costs way too much for what you get. You’d be better off going to the Extended Stay across the street. Also, one of the 5-star reviews is literally from someone who works there, and I wouldn’t be surprised if others are too.
