Guest Inn & Suites

Since July 18, 2025, I’ve been staying at the Guest Inn. Manager Zyed helped find me a suitable room and was accommodating, professional, and great with customer service. The whole community feels peaceful and quiet. Housekeeping, maintenance, the rest of the staff, and even my immediate neighbors have all helped make my stay comfortable and pleasant.

The front desk clerks do their jobs really well. The rooms are clean, the environment is good, and people aren’t hanging around outside.

I’ve traveled around the country and abroad, and in my opinion this flea-bag motel is the worst. It’s dilapidated and falling apart, not fit for anyone who can afford a more humane stay. The old bearded overnight worker was a savage beast, not a pet. The complimentary breakfast amounted to a mini cupcake, an unripe banana, and coffee so watered down it seemed diluted seven times. Don’t complain, because whether you’ve paid or not, they’ll lock you out. After being hospitalized for an injury caused by faulty equipment at the Guest Inn, I had to call 911 to get officers sent out so I could get back in. I’d planned an extended stay based on all the lies in the description, but that didn’t work out. I’m still suffering from the pain and will follow up with them. RUN RUN RUN RUN! #RUN!

It’s quiet here, with no kids bouncing basketballs by your door, and I had a great stay. The rooms are nicely furnished with new appliances, and there are both smoking and non-smoking options. There are cameras everywhere, and I felt very safe. The staff are honest and don’t steal from rooms. The front desk is open around the clock. Comcast provides hundreds of channels, including HBO and Showtime. There were no insects, and management communicates well, letting tenants know about problems and explaining why.
