The house itself has a lot of character, with its layout, artifacts, and history making it feel a bit like staying in a museum. The staff were friendly, and the kitchen and downstairs spaces seemed properly clean. The room was another story: there was dust everywhere, hair in the bathroom, a grimy carpet and shower floor, and things left under the bed and side tables. They changed the sheets and supplied fresh towels and toiletries, but didn't really clean the room. The bed creaked loudly, though it wasn't especially uncomfortable. Parking costs $28.99 a day, and we weren't told about that until we arrived. The Inn offered no voucher, discount, or alternative suggestion, saying they don't own the lot even though it's attached to the building. The location and service were good, but those issues took away stars.

Denise made us feel so welcome, and the location was great. The Inn is beautiful all through, and our room and bathroom were amazing. We'd wanted to stay here for ages, so we're glad we finally got the chance. We'll be back!

Danielle was the bright spot for me, really helpful and sweet. I'd come back just to see her and get more cookies. The Inn was alright, with nice appliances in the shared areas, though there weren't appliances in the rooms. The room was freezing when we woke up, and the shower was missing tiles. I started taking photos and videos as soon as I arrived because I didn't want to be charged for damage that was already there. Parking was a mess: they said they don't own the lot, which seemed hard to believe when the attendant was inside eating lunch. It feels like a way to make extra money, so they should just include the cost in the price. They packed the lot so tightly that after paying $28 plus a 99-cent convenience fee, you couldn't move your car and felt stuck. The stove looked fancy, but don't use it, apparently it's for the parking attendant.

A great host and a reasonable price, in a lovely historic house near sporting events. I'd only ask for shades to keep out the morning sun.

We had a great stay for a game, and our room was gorgeous and very clean. We were in room 32, with a cute upstairs seating area, and everyone on staff was kind and friendly. The room temperature was my only complaint, though I know something has to give in an older property. The lot can get packed on game days, but the attendant moved the car blocking us after the game and reassured me we'd have a place when we came back. I'd recommend it for a game or concert.
