The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms had plenty of supplies. Breakfast was hot and had a good range of choices. Our group of 13 was there for the Samaritan's Purse processing center for shoe boxes, and we didn’t get checked in until 8:30 pm. The desk manager was pleasant and made the process easy. We all found the rooms very cold on arrival, though, and it took quite a while for them to warm up. I’d stay again.

Breakfast was just okay and could use improvement, but I’d stay here again. The rooms were clean, the elevators quick, and the service friendly. With traffic, downtown atl is about 45-60min away. The area and hotel itself felt safe.

It’s a really good hotel, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Set back from the main streets, it stays pretty quiet outside. Great spot.

Gerald was so sweet and helpful while we were there, and the hotel made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and really nice. I’ll definitely book here again when I’m back in town.

There were children with me, so even after moving rooms because of what looked like bedbugs, I couldn’t sleep for fear of bites. Once home, I threw away my clothes and bag in case bugs or eggs had come along. That included unused baby diapers and clothes. I also have a bite on the back of my thigh. I asked the hotel for a refund, but they directed me to booking.com because I’d reserved and paid through the app. I never got a refund. The app only gave me $18 in points.
