I’m staying here temporarily while I search for somewhere more permanent. Rico has made it a smooth, bearable stay by being personable, communicative, and understanding, and doing what he can to accommodate guests. The one downside is that there’s only one way in and out, which can be especially inconvenient when going to work. Otherwise, I appreciate you guys.

Rico, the manager, was very helpful, and the housekeepers did a great job keeping everything clean. My fiancé and I stayed for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. The rooms and the rest of the place were very clean.

Rico made my stay better by being welcoming, funny, and really helpful with everything I needed. He deserves recognition.

One of the “WURST” hotel stays. The front desk clerks are extremely rude, and guests get only one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels for the entire stay. There’s no corporate human resources number to report on-site issues. The clerks answer both the main hotel line and the after-hours number, so there’s no way to reach upper management except through website messages. I tried that, but they don’t respond. A waste of time.

Rico’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference. He went above and beyond to make sure things were right and gave exceptional service. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely come back.
