The front office lady was so warm and welcoming. My bed was super comfy, the place was clean, and the neighborhood felt quiet and pretty safe. It looks more like a studio apartment than a hotel, and the quality is great for the price. Nothing to complain about.

I’ve had no problems since I started staying here, and I like both my room and the atmosphere around the hotel. At InTown Suites, 1990 Willowtrail Parkway in Norcross, Tanisha, the general manager, always greets me nicely and is friendly, helpful, kind, considerate, and easy to approach. The rest of the staff are welcoming, professional, and very friendly too. S. Anderson

The room was never cleaned weekly as the agreement said it would be. The housekeeping woman didn’t bother with it. When our air conditioner stopped working, the maintenance man didn’t seem to care, and he lied to us.

We had an issue with the room, but Ms Smart took care of it right away and did a very good job responding to what we needed. Management was courteous and professional, and the room itself was nice and clean.

After a bad day, Mrs Ray’s warm welcome was exactly what I needed. She smiled while answering all my questions and even let me see the unit, which put my concerns at ease. It was updated and stylish, which surprised me. The whole staff gave such good customer service that my stay was extra comfortable. A very pleasant experience. Thank you again, Ms Ray, and best wishes ❤️
