The breakfast was very good, with waffles, eggs, toast, bagels, juice, tea, coffee, and other items. Everything tasted good. The staff were kind and willing to help with any request. We noticed bees building a small hive under an outdoor canopy and called the hotel as we were leaving. By the time we came back, it was gone. Our room was clean, and they seemed to check on rooms with a “do not disturb” sign since they cleaned ours at different times of day. We put a mattress on the floor so I could sleep with the babies without them falling off, and they still made up the room for us. We were there almost a week with two adults and three kids. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t say how it was, though we saw others using it and seeming to enjoy themselves. For the price, you get what you pay for. It’s not a fancy, super expensive hotel, so don’t expect that, but I thought the stay was great.

Pets stay free, which was a nice bonus. We had a good stay over the weekend, and it was mostly quiet. The rooms are a decent size, with queen or king bed setups instead of doubles, and breakfast offered a nice selection each morning. The building itself felt quite warm and humid, though each room has its own climate control. We turned ours down as cold as we could stand.

The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet for a decent price, with plenty of parking. They have microwaves, good-sized mini fridges, and flat screen TVs. It’s pet-friendly, and the staff have been extremely helpful to me so far. I’ve walked through most of the building and haven’t seen anything unclean, so I don’t understand the negative cleanliness reviews. There are a couple things I don’t like. There’s no bathroom fan, which seems like a bad idea in this humidity. The hotel is also awkwardly close to the freeway: if you turn north out of the parking lot, you’re forced onto the northbound entrance, and avoiding it takes you out of your way.

We had an awesome stay for just $100 for the night, which felt like a steal for my husband, our dog, and me. I was skeptical since pets are allowed, but the room was spotless. The hardwood floors were my favorite, and the pool is beautiful. The rooms aren’t the newest or fanciest, but they’re cozy and clean. This is the cleanest hotel.

The breakfast at this La Quinta was excellent, with sausage, boiled eggs, tater tots, yogurt, waffles, donuts, bagels, juice, coffee, and milk. The front desk workers were really friendly, and we enjoyed our time here. The rooms are updated and clean, and the hotel is well maintained. Dogs are welcome, but the grounds stay clean and don’t smell at all.
