The property was top notch, and the rooms felt brand new. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, including the breakfast hostess, who was kind and ready to serve. Next time we're in Norfolk, this is where we'll stay.

My mother and I spent the weekend here, and Victoria, the front desk manager, gave us terrific service and arranged adjoining rooms for us. The rooms were sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and great pillows. The hotel is well run, and the employees are energetic and friendly. Highly recommend it.

The pool was warm, and breakfast included a non-pork option, which is always a big win for me. The location was super convenient coming into town, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

After driving since the early morning hours, we got here on April 18/19 of this year completely exhausted. The rooms were spacious, well cared for, and had blackout blinds; there was also plenty of secure parking all around. The friendly front desk staff were awesome. We wanted an amazing place with luxury, state of the art rooms and high end beds, and they didn't disappoint. Thanks for everything.

The staff were all super friendly. We loved having a kitchenette and being able to borrow extra kitchen items and games from the front desk. We'll definitely stay again!
