I got to the property at 6:58pm, but the doors were locked and nobody was there to help. That was after I called several times on the day of my reservation and had Priceline try to reach them multiple times too, with no answer. The Priceline representative sent two emails saying I’d arrive right at 7pm, the hotel's check-in cutoff, but there was still no response. I was charged a no-show fee. When I finally reached someone to try to sort this out, the manager, Janelle, talked over and cut me off. From the first greeting, she seemed detached and uncaring. I’ve never dealt with hotel staff so rude and unwilling to help. You can’t leave early at my expense and then treat me with that kind of attitude. I was on the phone thinking, what is happening? So yeah, steer clear. Go the other way. This place is bad news.
DO NOT COME HERE! There were roaches everywhere, the staff were rude, and the place smelled like cigarettes. I came back after working 8am-8pm to find I’d been checked out without notice and my key card deactivated, so I couldn’t get into my room. Housekeeping had also left my door open for several hours after cleaning. When I contacted Corporate to find out how to renew my stay after it was forcibly ended, they were extremely unhelpful and sent me to the front desk, which I’d already visited twice. They demand payment on time but refuse to fix anything. If you want to suffer and then be gaslit about it, this is the place for you.
We booked two rooms for 30 days, but could only take 11 days before leaving. There were roaches, the place was filthy, the noise and disrespect from other tenants were unbearable, and the hallway constantly smelled of weed. We also had to buy a second room after arriving because they had misled us about how many beds were in the room. Very disappointing. I’d give it -10 stars if I could.
For the week I was there, I had to wash the single towel they provided, wash the sheets, and sweep the room myself. They gave me just one toilet paper roll and no soap or shampoo. The kitchen had a full fridge and stove but no pans, utensils, plates, glasses, dish soap, or anything else. I wouldn't stay again. The night manager was helpful, though. That's the one thing I liked.
The property was noisy and chaotic, with fights in the halls at all hours and kids screaming or running up and down without parents watching them. After dark, people were out in the parking lot smoking weed, making the place look like trash. Construction started around 6am or 6:15am with banging, drilling, and slamming doors. Inside, the carpets were filthy, fixtures stayed broken, and lights were dim or burned out. The elevator breaks regularly.
