I had the weekend I wanted here, and the ocean view made it even better. The staff were friendly and the customer service was excellent. For a hotel by the ocean, the prices are outstanding. I can’t find another place in the area that’s this affordable and lets you enjoy your stay this much. This is definitely my go-to when I’m nearby.

I moved here from Texas for work and am living at the hotel now. It’s been an amazing experience, especially thanks to the housekeeping team. My housekeeper leaves my room spotless, checks whether I need anything, and respects my privacy. I’ve never had an issue with her being in my room while I’m away. The whole team goes above and beyond, making this stay much easier and more enjoyable than I expected. I really appreciate them.

I’ve been here about a month and haven’t had a bad experience. The cleaning staff are always on point, and my cleaning lady greets me with a smile whenever she sees me. When I told the front desk guy the heat had gone out, he moved me to another room right away. I’ll recommend this place to friends and family.

We left after one night instead of staying the extra night we’d planned. The front desk man was rude when we asked for a towel for our daughter, who was in the bath. There were four of us and only two towels, and at 9 a.m. he said to wait for housekeeping, even though I hadn’t seen a housekeeper until 11. Earlier, the drink machine had taken four quarters, and when my daughter reported it, he said he wouldn’t return the money and asked how he could know it had taken it. When I asked for his name while returning the keys, he refused to give it, then started fussing when I took his picture and threatened to call the police. There was also a roach in my parents’ room, and the inside and outside smelled strongly of weed. It came through the bathroom vent so heavily it was almost overwhelming.
