We got an upgrade at no extra charge because of our situation, and the staff were friendly and did a great job cleaning the rooms. The motel was very clean, had plenty of parking, and the price was affordable. Management and staff made it a great stay, and I couldn't have asked for more. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place.

Amy and Rachel have been so thoughtful about making my husband comfortable during his work trips, even upgrading him to higher-class rooms several times. He often arrives after long days on the road, and their care means more than they probably know. Their hospitality feels both professional and genuinely kind. I'm grateful they look out for him. If you're staying in Norfolk, Nebraska, I highly recommend the New Victorian Inn.

The room was perfect and really comfortable, and it was very clean. The staff were excellent. I was especially impressed to see them outside picking up litter and cleaning while we packed to leave. I haven't seen that at the motels we've stayed at before. We'll definitely stay with the New Victorian Inn again.

The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, and the housekeepers and rest of the staff are awesome. Best place in town for the money. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

The rooms were nice and clean, the rates were good, and the staff were very courteous. I liked that they don't charge your card for incidentals or require a deposit like other motels. I'll be back for sure.
