Parking is my one small complaint. I drive an F350, and the lot isn't a good fit for a truck like that, though I imagine compact cars would be fine. I've stayed here several times over the years and keep looking forward to coming back. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is consistently good, and the dining area is clean. I also like having a bar right in the hotel since I'd rather not go out. Prices are in line with the area and feel fair for the service. If you're staying with Hilton, I'd recommend joining the rewards program. It's free and has useful benefits.

Maddy was so helpful at breakfast. She made an omelet for my brother and me, found bowls when there weren't any out, and checked in back for syrup when I couldn't find it. They were out, which made sense since I arrived near the end of breakfast. She also gave me a tray so I could take the food upstairs. Friendly, easy to talk to, and interested in why I was in town. 10/10 service, thank you, Maddy.

Michelle is the best! For the price, this is the best hotel I've stayed at. You get a lot for your money, and I'd stay here if you can. The bar from 5:30 to 7 comes with two free drinks, which is great.

Breakfast at the Embassy Suites in Norman is a whole lot more fun thanks to Maddy. She brings a cheerful, welcoming energy that makes the whole place feel friendly, even when guests have only just met. Her smile and easy charm can lift an early morning, and she makes sure people leave happy as well as fed. The food is part of the treat. Fresh eggs and golden pancakes smell wonderful, and Maddy's omelets are fluffy and full of flavor. The waffle toppings are fun to try, and her fruit salad feels like a little gift from nature. It's a lovely breakfast experience, whether you're a tired traveler or just looking for some morning cheer.

The property feels decades out of date, and our bathroom was dirty and disgusting. We asked for housekeeping when we arrived, but they never showed up. There was debris on the public floors inside and outside, and stained carpet throughout the lobby. They charged $15 for parking, supposedly for security, though we didn't see any guards. Bottled water in the room cost $4, and even the lobby pool tables had a charge, which felt cheap when anyone would need to carry quarters. Breakfast was below average for any ES I've stayed at, and the coffee cups were tiny, maybe six ounces. We booked based on positive reviews, but this was the worst ES I've stayed in for over a decade. I wouldn't return to this ES or another property owned by this owner.
