We were here during a major snowstorm, and the rooms were clean and felt like home. Joe was the best host at the bar. The bartender got our drinks to us promptly, and the hospitality was great. Best bar service ever.

Our winter ice storm stay went perfectly. The food was incredible, check-in was quick, and we were welcomed with warm hospitality as soon as we walked in.

Joseph, Greg, and Elham were professional and quick to help. The hotel was very clean and relaxing, and its location is another reason I’d recommend it. I was satisfied with the stay and would consider coming back. The TV could have been better, though, with an HDMI connection for my devices.

Our family came to this lovely venue for an Aashirbaad Ceremony, and it felt magical. The Ashi is gorgeously appointed, and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were personable and attentive, made us comfortable, and went above and beyond. They felt like family to us. Thank you again, "J", "G" and "E". You know who you are! We highly recommend the venue for a special event or a lovely place to stay. Hope to see you all again!

The first-floor showers and toilets overflowed, and the toilets wouldn’t flush. They wouldn’t move us to another room and laughed about the problem. The trash service was awful. If negative ratings were possible, I’d leave one.
