We were locked out for 20 minutes because our key wouldn’t work. Once we finally got into the room, it was filthy: hair covered the floor, the shower was badly stained with what looked like blood, the toilet was disgusting, and the sheets had crusted human bodily fluids and other dark stains of unknown origin. We also found bugs. The motel and staff were horrendous and unprofessional. We chose not to stay, but they refused a refund and kept giving us the runaround. A disgusting, unsanitary place.

We waited 30 minutes after check-in before being let into a dirty room. The sheets were stained and had hair in them, the floor was dirty, and an opened shampoo bottle was on the counter. Nobody offered another room. Management said they’d refund us, but since I booked through agoda.com, the hotel won’t answer its calls or emails about getting the money back. I never stayed a night of my two-day booking and was still charged.

I booked another hotel first, but it had no vacancies, so I came here at the last minute and was glad I did. The rooms looked recently remodeled and were clean, the prices were reasonable, and it’s close to everything. The guy at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. I’d recommend staying here.

My wife and I were on our way to Ohio for a special occasion and to see friends. I used my Choice hotel points to book a free room, but the building was extremely run down and the office had a strong foul odor. The air conditioner was falling apart, and we found dead bedbugs under the mattress. I took the complaints straight to the manager, cancelled the reservation, and left as soon as I could. I wouldn’t recommend this place even as a last resort. Save your time and money, and don’t go.
