Amanda was really helpful, and the breakfast and housekeeping teams were pleasant too. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, oatmeal, pastries, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee, plus both turkey sausage and pork bacon, which worked well for my family since we don't eat pork. The hotel was clean and quiet, and my room felt cozy. Its location is handy, just off the freeway with lots of places to eat nearby, and about a 10-minute drive from The Pro Football Hall of Fame, where we were going for a tournament. The late checkout was the one snag. I paid the staycation rate for it, but when I called the day before, Prakesh said it wasn't guaranteed and that I had to request it at check-in. That was unsettling, since the rate was $10 more and it sounded like I could book a regular room and simply ask the front desk. Still, I'd stay here again. Ten out of ten, I'd recommend it.

The bed was amazing, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and was impressed that they seem focused on what travelers need. It even had a small refrigerator with a freezer.

Kimberly and Allie deserve a special thanks for the hospitality. I watched the team check guests in from the lobby, and they showed each person the same respect, going out of their way to help everyone feel comfortable. The rooms are a nice size, and I really loved my stay. We'll come back when we visit the Canton area. Respectfully, Kim Marie in East Haven, Connecticut.

Yarie called before we arrived to ask if we needed anything, then checked in later to see how the room was. She was so warm and kind, and we got a lovely welcome when we arrived. We were in town for D3 National Championship. This girl really knows hospitality. Thank you.

The staff were so warm and just awesome. I really enjoyed staying here, and they even upgraded my room before check-in. I'd highly recommend this place.
