Breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the waffles. The gym is fully equipped, and having two washers and two dryers was handy too. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the coliseum, Tanger Outlets, and several shops and convenience stores. What I'll remember most is the housekeeping team. The women were so kind and made me feel at home. I've stayed in plenty of hotels and haven't met staff this caring and friendly before. The lady who usually looks after the 4th floor was especially attentive and kind. My room was always clean, and I never ran short of the supplies I needed each day. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I'm leaving with a great impression and would definitely stay again.

I've been here a few times and keep enjoying it. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the rooms are nice for a fair price. The kitchenette, frozen and cold meals for purchase in the lobby, complimentary breakfast, and pull-out bed are handy extras.

Having a full kitchen and cooktops available is a big plus for me. I can bring my electric pot and have the space and equipment to make a nice meal in, instead of eating out all the time. The staff are exceptional, and the rooms are perfectly clean.

I've been staying here for a while, and the service has been the best. The sales manager is a very nice guy, the general manager is the best, and the housekeeping supervisor is doing a great job. There's a woman at the front desk who's the best guest service manager, very helpful, and a woman in the kitchen who does very good work. People here have made sure we're taken care of, and I love this hotel. Service matters a lot to me, and they've done a great job. I'd recommend it.

The location worked well for getting around by car or rideshare. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Charleston peninsula, though this isn't the spot if you want to walk straight out into the heart of the city. The front desk made check-in efficient and easy, and the hotel felt new, clean, and current with Hilton's modern style without feeling sterile or generic. We booked a King Suite. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the little couch and kitchenette were useful. Everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was included, and I went in expecting very little, but it turned out to be one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've had in a while, with good variety and fresh options beyond the basics. This isn't a luxury boutique hotel or a place I'd book for an unforgettable stay. For a limited-service Hilton sub-brand, it punches above its weight: clean, convenient, and well run, with good value, especially booking at a reasonable rate with Hilton Honors points. I'd stay again and recommend it.
