We needed somewhere close to Lower Falls for one night, and the location worked well. The owner was great and our Tuckerman room was clean, but the rest was disappointing. The bed had fresh sheets with holes in them and wasn't comfortable. Outlets were hard to reach, tucked behind the bed or already in use by the lights and AC. We had to find the Wi-Fi details taped to a coffee table in the front room, and the connection kept dropping. My boyfriend couldn't get online for most of the night. Breakfast was just muffins in brown bags, not even laid out on a tray. The rooms feel patched together, with walls partly covering light switches. The bathroom vanity was tiny, and the shower stall was very basic and cramped. It was okay for our one-night stop, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you need the location. Keep expectations low.

We left after one night, and I won't stay here again. When I told the Innkeeper about the problems at checkout, she acted surprised. The room confirmation clearly named the room we'd booked, but on arrival she led us to an attached building out back instead. The key tag said #105, and the room turned out to be a studio that smelled awful, musty and dusty. The windows and blinds didn't look clean. Inside, the headboard wasn't attached to the bed, the sink faucets were reversed, and the handle marked hot gave cold water while the right one gave hot enough to scald you if you weren't careful. You had to be under five feet tall to stand in the tub without crouching. Handles were loose or came off, the mini fridge had been propped up to keep its door shut, and there were no curtains to block the lights. The smoke detector didn't work, and I was wary of using the heater because its filter warning light was blinking. Go someplace else. Honestly, the best thing would be to tear the place down and make a parking lot.

Sue is such a lovely lady and made us feel right at home. The rooms are always clean and cozy, and her grab-and-go breakfasts are amazing. Awesome place!

The owner was warm and friendly, and breakfast was very good. My wife and I had a nice room and were quite satisfied.

We found it peaceful and clean, even though restaurants and shopping are conveniently close by. The staff were amazing, and breakfast was delicious. Such a beautiful, relaxing place!
