The heated pool, clean rooms, and friendly people all made for a great stay. The front desk woman really stood out, though. She was so helpful and warm, and you could tell she cared about her work. I can’t remember her name, but her title was Operations Manager. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. Parking was awkward, though: the entrance faces a dead end in the lot, so turning around was difficult and we had to back up. We also saw a man checking in with two women who were dressed very revealingly, and we didn’t want our children seeing that. Separately, my daughter came across a woman and child in the stairwell who seemed to be in the middle of a domestic situation. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but we called the front desk so someone could check on their safety.

I booked two nights at $116 per night, but they charged $250 when I arrived Saturday, then another $199 on Sunday night. Nobody had told me about the extra charge, and my bank account went into overdraft. The front desk staff try to sound polite but come across as rude, and they always say the manager isn’t there. It feels like their way to dodge any problem.

Really enjoyed my stay. The afternoon front desk ladies were the best, so sweet, funny, and welcoming.
