Baker House Bed & Breakfast

The Baker already has a lovely, bright feel, with large windows overlooking downtown. It's well placed near the River Market and the Four Quarter Bar, handy for visitors and locals, whether stopping for morning coffee or meeting up casually. The team clearly cares about their work, and the new commercial kitchen is a big upgrade. They're preparing to start breakfast service within the week, and it's already getting people talking. The menu could turn first-time guests into regulars. With the space, downtown location, and a team that takes pride in its work, The Baker could become one of Little Rock's favorite breakfast spots.

The owner got in touch early and made it clear they were available if questions came up. The room was spacious and very clean, and the location suited what we needed. I was impressed with the room, location, price, and customer service. If you're visiting the area, this is a really good choice.

The rooms were nice and the location was acceptable when I stayed last January. Still, something sinister and ominous seemed to be lurking, which made my spouse and me uncomfortable while in the house. My spouse said there had been a “spiritual” presence there before this.

It's a really big house. The bathrooms are so large they could be bedrooms on their own. I'm going this Wednesday, and if anything ghostly or paranormal happens, I'll have my phone ready to record.
