I'm a disabled army vet and stopped here on a road trip to rest for a couple of hours. I told them I have a service dog for PTSD, but they charged me 30$ extra for the dog. When I told them charging extra was illegal under ADA laws, they said, “do you want the room or no,” as if they'd refuse me for pointing out the law. I paid 89$ and got to a room that was an absolute mess. I don't recommend this place. They don't know the laws, aren't very caring, and don't take care of the rooms.

The maintenance guy has TERRIBLE hygiene. He should maintain that. I thought I recognized him from somewhere!!

The maintenance man was the only person who was very, and I mean very, sweet. The housekeepers were disrespectful and tried to come into my room while I was undressed, before checkout time. I managed to grab my dress before she and her husband saw me. They were mad we hadn't left yet and started yelling at us at 9:59, even though checkout is 11. I paid $61 for the room plus a deposit, and couldn't get my money back. They later bumped it to $80 a night. We got out today, thank the Lord, but this was ridiculous and I was treated in a disgusting way.

The nearby locations cost more, but after one look at the bed we decided this $80 room wasn't worth it. The pillows were yellow and old, and there were only two. Cigarette holes and marker marks covered the sheets and covers. We were willing to give up the $80 and go to a Hampton Inn for the night. Beware, you get what you pay for.

Housekeepers need to learn what real cleaning means. Surface wiping isn't enough. Come on, we're human, just like you.
