1036-3-C Sunvillas - 2 Br Condo

I was enjoying the stay until a crime happened and Condo World refused to acknowledge it. An HOA employee tried to force his way into my unit and tore the handle off my screen door. He was vile, vulgar, and violent toward me. This isn’t disputed, he admitted what he did. I’ve never been through anything like it and hope I never experience it again. Stay away. I expect them to challenge my deposit after this review, but I took photos and my attorney is guiding me through the mess. I’m still dealing with law enforcement about the employee.

The photos were accurate, the place was clean, the view and beach were good, and the high-season price was good too. Our dryer had a problem, but it was handled quickly. I like smaller places because we don’t enjoy crowds. Still, there was at least one resident living there and some other owners around, and on a few occasions we heard them talking about the people staying in the condos. It made things a little uncomfortable, like we were being watched. There was also an inspection while we were there, which seemed unusual. They looked around and left. Surf fishing was okay. This was summer of 2018.

This is our second stay at this condominium. It’s clean, has an awesome ocean view, and the weekly price is reasonable. I like it.

For a budget stay, this is a good condo for the price. We usually find our room clean, and when something isn’t, it doesn’t take long for us to sort it out. My family and I come here every year on vacation. The other condos we’ve stayed in at the same price or even higher were less clean and in worse locations, which is why I gave this place five stars.
