The location was very nice, and the place was clean apart from the pull-out bed in the living room, which had lots of sand and hair on it. When we arrived, neither the fridge nor the coffee maker worked. It took 24 hours to sort out the fridge, and we had to buy our own coffee maker. We left it there for the next person.

The balcony and pool were nice, and the location was great, close to a beach that doesn't get too busy. Inside, though, the mattresses had doodoo stains, so bring your own blankets. The AC unit was loud as hell, like a damn hurricane, and only one shower heats up at a time. The fridge was kinda broken, there were no cooking spoons but five can openers, and the renovation felt lazy. Parking gets tight when it's full.

The place was dirty when we arrived on Saturday. Crumbs and lint were visible on the carpet, which clearly hadn't been swept in quite some time. The sweeper was there, but it didn't work and had no bag. Basically the whole apartment was dirty. I called for cleaning at 4:30pm, but nobody came by 7:15pm. I called again and was assured someone would come, but no one showed by 10:00pm. Then I was told housekeeping had closed. They told us to come to the office Sunday to sort it out, but it was closed when we got there. One bed was broken, and the sheets and towels arrived late. There were sheets for only three of the four beds and just two blankets, with no comforters. We had to use beach towels and beach blankets as bedding. Do NOT rent from this company!

We had a very enjoyable week here with my partner and close friends, though a few things need attention. The unit could use an update, especially the walls and furniture. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom when we walked in. It might have been a one-off, but still. The biggest issue was the pool's cleanliness. The maintenance person checked the filter and rearranged the tanning chairs in the morning, then stayed about five minutes total. The pool badly needed vacuuming because it had sand, hair, leaves, and twigs in it.

We were so disappointed. The room smelled bad, the balcony was dirty, there was stuff thrown down in the closet, and the towels didn't even look clean. We only lasted 45 minutes before leaving to find another room somewhere else. We don't complain much, but this was by far the worst place we've ever booked. Save your money!
