It's quiet and stress-free here, with private beach access and a private pool for the complex. My family and I are coming back for another stay. I wouldn't choose this place if I wanted to party or be loud, since full-time residents live here and aren't shy about calling the police or owners. It's peaceful, as a vacation should be, and I'd recommend staying here. The setup is nice and very accommodating for most needs, except wheelchair access. There are 9 steps to the first floor, FYI. On the first floor, the dunes slightly block the beach view, but it's still relaxing to hear the waves through the night. I'd recommend a corner unit.

We stayed in the updated corner unit 203. The windows and deck had beautiful views of the beach and sunrise.

5/5. We stayed for a full month in a three-bedroom unit on the second floor while I worked from home, and it was a wonderful stay. The kids loved the pool, the grounds were clean, and the trash was collected often and kept away from the units. Our AB&B host responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The internet could've been faster, but it worked. Main Street and beach access are both within walking distance. There are more than 20 units in the complex, so Alyssa S' experience shouldn't stand for all of them. Her review belongs with Thomas Beach Vacations, not Ocean Shores. I don't agree with giving this place one star. She should've kept quiet and bought more light bulbs.

We love coming here. It's right on the beach, clean, and close to restaurants and shops. We've been staying for over 20 years and are already looking forward to the next 20.
