Units at Bahama Sands Luxury Villas by Elliott Beach Rentals

The exterminator couldn't believe they'd let us stay in a room like that. Roaches were in the kitchen from the first day, Sunday, April 26, 2026, of our stay. I made calls, emailed, and sent photos, but got no response. They waited until the fourth day, the day before checkout, to spray. We booked five nights in February for around $1,000, and they offered only $105 back. Will I stay at this resort again? Absolutely not. There are a lot of roaches, and the place isn't being properly cared for. Take heed.

The floor was so dirty that walking on it barefoot left our feet black, so we made sure the kids wore socks, lol. Still, the room was beautiful and the view was unforgettable. Bahama Sands was a great spot for our spring break, and we'd definitely come back.

For my birthday trip, I had a great stay in the PH Condo right on the beach. There was plenty of room, and it had all the amenities listed online. It was reasonably priced too. I had just one issue, and they dealt with it immediately.

The unit itself was a nice size with a good layout, and the area was nice. But this was in no way a luxury condo, even though the owner seems to use it purely as an investment property. We travel frequently, and the condition of the furnishings fell short. The living room furniture was dated, uncomfortable, and needed a proper cleaning. The carpet was frayed and dirty, and the vacuum had a frayed cord and didn't work. I ended up buying dishcloths and towels myself, and left them for the next guest. We stayed in Unit 1201.
