DO NOT STAY IN 307. The photos don’t show what you’re actually getting, and this was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. We couldn’t even enjoy the oceanfront balcony we paid for because the metal chairs outside were extremely rusty. Inside, there were cobwebs and dirt everywhere, the TV stand leg was broken, and the mattresses were awful. One was badly stained with two large body indentations; the other was uneven with plywood underneath. The shower had mold and hadn’t even been cleaned, and the floors hadn’t been mopped. When we complained, Elliott employees told us to lower our standards. The stay made it extremely hard to enjoy our vacation. I wouldn’t stay here again even if someone paid me, and I’ll most likely never rent from Elliott again.

We return to the same condo every visit because it’s always comfortable and clean. The property is well maintained too.

The place was cozy, but I wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t stay again. We arrived after hours and couldn’t figure out where to get the keys because the after-hours check-in instructions weren’t clear. The towels were dingy, and there was no toilet paper in any bathroom, so we had to go out and buy both. The shower didn’t work at first. We submitted a work order and it was fixed, but then it was clogged.

We stayed in 704, and Elliott Realty did nothing after we reported the problems. The doorbell didn’t work, and several glass cups were chipped and dangerous to use. The unit wasn’t clean at all. We found a moldy cup in the microwave, the mattress covers were dirty, and the mattress pads had pee stains. Each night we turned the air down to 68 so we could sleep comfortably, but by morning it was automatically back at 70 and we were too hot. After monitoring it, I found the thermostat was WiFi controlled and the owner was changing the temperature. Completely unacceptable. I’m not happy with this vacation rental.
