Wiggins Pass Chalet

We’ll definitely stay in the Presidential suite next time, when we come with our two daughters for a family weekend. The premium suite was very nice and spacious, with a good kitchen and living room. The king bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have a large walk-in closet and bathroom with a standalone shower. The location was a short drive from stores, restaurants, and the beaches my wife and I visited over the weekend.

We’ve stayed at this chalet twice while visiting Florida and have enjoyed it both times. The rooms are always clean, and it’s handy to have a kitchen area where we can cook throughout the day with the various items provided. There’s also an easily accessible guest laundry. The front desk staff are very friendly. When we extended our stay, Austin was easy to reach with questions or concerns, replied right away, and was accommodating. We got to keep the same room without checking out and back in partway through, which saved us from the hassle of moving. The prices are very reasonable, and we like that it’s in a safe location. There are bikes to ride around the area, and a room where you can pick up towels and other amenities as needed. We’ll stay here again. The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions and things to do. I stayed there yesterday, and the room was roomy, comfortable, and really well cared for. The two receptionists were so friendly and attentive, too. It made for a great weekend stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

This has become our regular place when we visit the Naples area, usually two or three times a year. We’ve stayed at places where service and cleanliness slipped over time, but that hasn’t happened here. Austin and his staff are still warm and attentive, and the rooms and amenities remain five-star. They make our family visits a pleasure. I almost don’t want to share how good this place is, since I’d like to keep finding availability for our future trips. The rooms feel laid out and sized like one-bedroom condos, and the facilities are very clean and updated. We also loved the free concierge service that stocked the kitchen before we arrived. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable, and the kitchen had good cookware and sharp knives. We don’t use many of the amenities hotels offer, so not having a pool didn’t bother us. There’s a business center guests can use, free bikes, and games to borrow and play in the room or suite. North Naples works perfectly for us because our family lives in Imperial Golf Course community. US 41 is easy to reach for heading north or south to Naples, and beaches, shops, and restaurants are nearby. This is the best hotel stay I’ve had in a very, very long time.
