The plumbing was a problem too: the bathtub had about two inches of water sitting in it because it wasn’t draining. At the desk, I was told they could offer me a deluxe room for almost $200 a night, and that they had a plumbing issue. I’d already gone straight to bed when I arrived, but about two hours later I woke up covered in bedbug bites. I decided to shower before leaving, then found the tub like that. This was the worst experience of my life, and I think the place should be closed. I agree with another reviewer: can you give a negative rating here?

Housekeeping was amazing, really sweet, and cleaned every day. The front desk service was a 10/10, and nobody bothered me, which worked well while I was moving and looking for a new place. I needed somewhere I could work remotely, and this was a good duck-off spot for that. The rooms could be better, though. Mine was clean, but the covers and sheets had cigarette burn holes, and I saw a roach or two in the bathroom. I didn’t have any bedbugs. The rooms are cheap, so I expected some things to malfunction, and mine wasn’t as bad as some other reviews. Smoking is allowed on the first floor, so cigarette smell is to be expected. I’d give the room a 5.5/10, but my stay was actually pleasant overall. If I needed a duck-off place again, I’d come back.

I took pictures, and I want to know how to send them to the corporate office. The receptionist was really rude when I called back, told me I’d stayed there so I wouldn’t get my money back, then hung up on me. The room should never have been rented in that condition. The towels were stained, there was a dirty washcloth behind the toilet, and the toilet base was disgusting. The air conditioner and heater were horrible. There was no phone, door latch, or do not disturb sign in the room. I just can’t believe they’re renting rooms like this.

Bed bugs in the room. I’d highly recommend taking your money to another hotel. The night front desk staff were rude and no help. They told me there’d be no refund, and that I could either check out or sleep in the infested room and see management in the morning.
