InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - North Richland Hills

I was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but my experience was nothing like that. The general manager was kind, explained the rules, and made booking easy. Housekeeping got through the room in about ten minutes and left it looking better than before. The price is good, and I liked the snack choices in the vending machine too.

The front desk manager made booking clear and easy, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping worked quickly, and maintenance got my toilet problem fixed without delay. Check-in through check-out was smooth. I'd recommend it, 10/10.

My child and I stayed here from February through October and felt safe, welcome, and respected. The 3rd floor gave us a bit of exercise, too. Bobby, the maintenance team, the housekeepers, and some of the long-term residents were all wonderful, and everyone helped make it feel like home. It suited us well while we were in transition and working out our next steps. It could also be a good fit if you're saving money or focusing on personal goals. Thanks to everyone who made our stay such a positive one. I highly recommend it.

I heard about the place from someone at a restaurant and went to take a look. They let me see a room first, which I appreciated. It was clean, smelled great, and I loved it. Weekly housekeeping helps keep it that way, and the property management team went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. It felt different from a usual hotel, and I really enjoyed staying here. I'd stay again if I visit.
