In January 2025, I stayed one quick night because of a flight delay. The hotel looked recently renovated, though the elevator seemed old and made noise. I called for the airport shuttle and it arrived within 10 minutes, which was great. One of the better options near the airport.

The rooms are about the only relatively clean part of this hotel. The pool was cloudy and disgusting, nearly as warm as a hot tub, and didn't seem safe to swim in. Breakfast was the same awful bagged food cheap Marriots served 15 years ago. Unless dog-food taste doesn't bother you, or convenience to the airport is all you care about, don't stay here.

Check-in was quick and the staff were great. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV, and the bathroom was large and very clean. I did notice a little mold along the shower grout, though. It's in a perfect spot for Syracuse Airport, but the thin walls made it a bit noisy.

Parth and Bridgette were great and helped sort out my reservation after expedia messed it up. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and it's close to the airport with lots of restaurants nearby. Love this place.

At checkout, the girl at the counter had to wake the shuttle driver, who seemed only half awake while driving us to the airport. The room also had no coffee, just a used pod in the coffee maker, and I found someone's dirty socks in the closet. Check-in itself went okay, but it took three trips to the front desk before our key would open the room. I'd recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
