Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth North - Northlake by IHG

I had a room looking out toward Texas Motor Speedway, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was terrific, clean, and well kept, and I liked the sliding glass shower doors. Breakfast was great too. For this price range, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The young woman who checked me in that evening was delightful and gave great customer service. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Around 2 a.m., the night manager wouldn’t let my employee check in for his reservation until I completed a whole authorization form. I book hundreds of rooms a year and have never run into such a ridiculous process. The manager’s attitude alone is enough for me to make sure we don’t stay here again for future work.

The room temperature was actually comfortable, the bed was good, and I loved the shower. The front desk was very friendly, and breakfast was better than at most Holiday Inn Express hotels. It’s the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time.

We travel a lot as a family, and this was easily one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The service was wonderful and breakfast was great. We’ll definitely stay here again when we pass through.
