The hotel is handy for shopping and restaurants, and there’s plenty of parking. Just be aware that turning left onto Haggerty when you leave is nearly impossible, so it’s easier to wind through the adjoining plazas until you reach a traffic light. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and it was exceptionally quiet, with no noise from the hall or neighbors. The staff were friendly, attentive, and patient.

We come to the area once a month to visit our special needs Great Grandchildren, and we always stay in a suite. The pool and hot tub were just the right temperature, and the hours work great for families. We were happy with our stay. Thank Rushmi.

We stayed for five days with family for my niece’s wedding, booking several queen size double bed rooms and king size single bed rooms. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order, and management hadn’t told guests. Front desk agent Brett was extremely rude, refused to listen, and hung up on us. We called hotel manager Leonardo Elias twice about the staff member’s attitude and left a voice note each time, but he never called back. The hotel was very poorly kept overall.

We prepaid for four nights, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check-in wasn’t ready until after 4pm, so I waited in the lobby from 3 to 4. The fire alarm went off at 2am and I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. On the second night there was no heat, and we still haven’t had hot water. An employee kept saying it would come on, but it never did. I’m thinking about suing the hotel for breaking the code. The maid did the bare minimum, just replaced towels, with no bed made and no water bottle. The evening front desk employee was rude and cursed at me when I went to get a bottle myself because he wasn’t there. He said “Jesus Christ” and asked if I wanted to work there. I called customer service four times to request a transfer to another hotel, but nobody could help.
