Country Inn Suites By Radisson Northwood Ia

We ended up staying after visiting the casino when it got late. The receptionist was honest and told us we’d get a better rate online, which I appreciated, so we booked there and were checked into our room within minutes. The room was set up for the pandemic conditions at the time, but still felt comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was handled really well. The attendants kept distance and limited contact, and were friendly and efficient with a smile. Great stay for everything going on. We’d happily return to try the hot tub, business center and fitness center.

We made a reservation by phone and were welcomed by a cheerful staff member. The room was clean and quite nice, with plenty of towels and a good shower. Because of the virus situation, some in-room facilities were limited. The front desk offered coffee packets for the morning. It was a cozy, pleasant place to stay.

A great place to stop halfway on our trip north. The service was great, and the rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. We had no safety concerns in the area and will definitely stay again.

We’re in a King suite on the second floor of a four-story building. Our window is beside an entrance to the casino, so we sometimes hear people. The pool stays open until midnight, with adults only from 11 pm to 12 am, which is pretty cool.
