The Courtyard Marriott gave our room away and arranged and paid for us to stay at the Norwalk Inn instead. After a rough day and a long trip, being told we’d been moved was hard, but we ended up so glad it happened. Everyone at the Norwalk Inn was amazing and took wonderful care of us. They personally walked us to the guest house, and even though we arrived at 10:30 p.m., the gentleman at the desk took the time to share the beautiful history of the Inn. What started as a stressful evening turned into a relaxing one. I’d give this hotel a million stars if I could, and we’ll stay nowhere else when we visit Norwalk. Thank you.

We’ve stayed at the hotel as well, but this was our second visit to the Guesthouse at The Norwalk Inn, and we loved it again. It’s locally owned, the staff are the best, and both the Inn and Guesthouse are clean and comfortable. The Guesthouse feels like a small apartment, fully furnished with what you need. We come to Norwalk, CT annually and plan to stay here again. Highly recommended whether you’re here for one night or longer. Thank you.
