The staff were so helpful and friendly, and getting an early check-in was fantastic after my drive up from PA. The room was comfortable, with clean towels and a great bathtub. The hotel was clean and close to Mohegan Sun Arena. I was in town for the Ghost concert on Wednesday January 28th, and it was a bright spot on my vacation. If I’m in Uncasville again, I’ll stay here a million times. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

T…he was especially welcoming. He greeted us with a smile as soon as we arrived, held the door, and made us feel at home. He was accommodating, understanding, and kept offering to help if we needed anything. The staff as a whole was very welcoming, and the breakfast was lovely, with cereal, juice, coffee, eggs and omelets, pancakes, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. The hotel is updated on the outside and somewhat inside. It’s clean and spacious, and I’d recommend staying here.

The rooms are a little dated, but they’re extremely clean. There’s a new tub and shower combination, and the beds are comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly.

The room was filthy and cramped, with hardly any space for anything. There was a nasty smell, and the beds had other people’s hair in them. Heavy mildew was growing behind the bathroom wallpaper. There was only one window and no ventilation. The TV was super old and outdated. The price wasn’t worth such a dirty room. I wish I could get my money back!

Tee made us feel comfortable and handled our check-in well. He was welcoming about my request for my grandmother, especially regarding distance and accessibility. We were in town for one night to catch a WNBA basketball game, and the room was clean and what we’d asked for.
