Please avoid The Signature at MGM Grand. The condos and rooms are managed by a third party called Fantastic Stay, and this company was unprofessional, unresponsive, and terrible at customer service. At check-in, they couldn’t find our prepaid reservation. My group of five spent about two hours in the lobby while Booking.com tried to reach the management company. We had multiple customer service calls drop and got very little communication. MGM had no answers or solutions because everything had to go through Fantastic Stay. The unit had one new roll of toilet paper and one partly used roll for five people over three nights, just two coffee packets, and no housekeeping or trash service. We kept requesting basic supplies from the first night and were ignored for days. After repeated promises to deliver toilet paper and none arriving, we had to use tissue paper. The management company was quick to contact us for direct payment and threaten to end our stay and deactivate our room keys if we didn’t pay immediately after Booking.com refunded the reservation. The MGM front desk staff were kind, but seemed to have little information or authority over these privately managed units. The whole arrangement felt extremely disorganized, and I’m not sure what MGM was thinking. It’s hurting their brand. I’ve emailed MGM three different times and still haven’t received a response. If you book here, be sure you understand whether the reservation is directly with MGM or through a third-party condo manager.

The rooms are really nice, the view is beautiful, the pool choices are better than anything else in Vegas, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a very nice hotel overall. I gave it four stars because I hadn’t realized there was no casino or bar in the hotel. You have to walk a good distance to get to the MGM.

The hotel has limited food choices and no included breakfast. Tower 1 has a Starbucks, and Tower 2 has a small restaurant with good breakfast choices but fewer lunch options. Breakfast portions were good sized and tasty, with options like avocado toast and fresh salad, a salmon bagel and salad, egg on a croissant with salad, and fruit bowls. The rooms are comfortable, with cosy beds and useful basics: a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee machine, iron, and safe. The bathroom is spacious and has a separate toilet. It’s a 31-floor hotel, with a nice view of the Sphere from every floor. The building has 3 towers connected by a walk-in corridor. You can check in or out at any tower during the day, but at night you have to use Tower 2. There’s a $300 refundable deposit for damage and incidentals at check-in, returned within 2 to 3 days after checkout. The MGM Grand Hotel is about a 7-minute walk away, with restaurants, amenities, shops, and a monorail station. Taxis wait at each tower’s exit, and the Uber drop-off point is within a minute of the entrance.

Tower 3 has rooms with views of the Sphere, which make the already beautiful Strip balconies even more special at night. The rooms are spacious and clean, more like luxury suites than standard hotel rooms, with a kitchenette and a large bathroom that are especially useful for longer stays. The Signature is connected to MGM Grand by an indoor walkway, so restaurants, nightlife, and the casino are easy to reach. Yet staying a little away from the main casino crowd gives you a quieter, more private place to come back to. We loved our stay in Tower 3. I’d recommend it to couples, families, or anyone wanting a classy Vegas visit without constant casino noise, and I’d definitely return.

The condo was 1,000 square feet, with a complete kitchen and top-of-the-line appliances. It had two bathrooms, including one huge one with a jacuzzi. The towers connect to MGM Grand, so you can get to its casino and plenty of dining options. Check-in was very easy, and we liked the gated entrance with security. Free valet parking was a nice bonus in Las Vegas. Theo, our host, checked in with us almost daily to make sure we were satisfied and see if we needed anything. It’s a great value, and we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
