The mall is close, and there’s pretty much anything else you might need nearby. I especially love this location for the kind, helpful, funny people who work here. General manager Ashley is the best, so patient and sweet, and she has the cutest little babies! Dorian and Natasha at the front desk are helpful and funny, and Tony in housekeeping is hilarious and makes sure I have what I need. They do the absolute best they can with what they have, and I love them for it.

The room is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with everything we need for an extended stay. It’s in a great spot near restaurants, shopping, and major highways, but still quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciate having a kitchenette and the welcoming atmosphere. Ashley the manager, Natasha, Jackie, Greg, and the rest of the staff treat us like family and quickly take care of our needs. Everyone is friendly, professional, and ready to help. We’re having an incredible time at the Extended Stay America on Haggerty Road in Novi, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

After our home flooded, we needed somewhere to stay during a stressful, unexpected stretch. With teenagers and dogs, I worried about finding a place that felt safe and comfortable. This hotel became a temporary home and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are a little dated, but extremely clean, well cared for, and comfortable. The staff made the biggest difference. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and kind, and they handled our concerns and requests quickly and professionally. That gave us real peace of mind during a difficult transition. It was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend the hotel for a weekend visit or a longer stay.

Of the several ESA locations I’ve stayed at, this is one of the better ones. I like being able to open the windows at both the top and bottom since clean air matters a lot to me. The sinks have garbage disposals, and residents can take trash straight to the dumpster, so there aren’t hallway odor problems. The area is nice, with lots of office buildings nearby. BP is across the street about a block down, Meijer is roughly half a mile south, and CVS is around half a mile north. Ashley, Dorian, and Natasha on staff have been especially helpful.
