Sheraton Detroit Novi Hotel

The pool was lovely and well kept, and the gym had modern equipment in a clean, welcoming space. I also had really good meals at the restaurant and bar, whether I grabbed something quick or sat down for dinner. My room was roomy, spotless, and comfortable, with a bed that felt like a cloud. Having YouTube and Netflix on the in-room entertainment made it easy to relax. Breakfast runs until 10:30 a.m., which made for a leisurely morning. There was plenty of fresh, tasty food and lots to choose from. Service was warm and attentive everywhere, from check-in to housekeeping and the restaurant. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels over the years, and this was easily my favorite. I’d give it six stars if I could, and I can’t wait to return.

The upstairs lounge was comfortable and clean, and its complimentary breakfast was the best part. The room was very clean and comfortable too. When we heard a noise, maintenance came right up and quickly traced it to the refrigerator. They offered to move us, but we chose to unplug it instead. We did have a bad experience at the lobby bar. The bartender ignored us for about ten minutes while flirting with underage girls who shouldn’t have been seated at the bar, so we left without a drink. The rest of the staff were great, especially the friendly, polite, professional front desk team. The location is handy for shopping, restaurants, and the expressway.

A kitchenette was a nice extra, and the staff were helpful and very friendly. It felt like a typical business hotel updated with a more modern, minimalist look. The AC was really noisy and could use an upgrade.

The rooms were so comfortable, and I liked having YouTube and Netflix there too. There’s a good pool and a well-equipped gym, plus a restaurant and bar where the food was genuinely delicious. Breakfast goes until 10:30 a.m., and the staff were extremely friendly. Best hotel I’ve stayed at by far. I’d give it six stars if I could! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
