The room was decent, but a few cleanliness details bothered me. The sheet and pillow had a slightly unpleasant smell, and there was a small stain on the chair. At first I was unsure about the bedding: the fitted sheet looked freshly changed, though the layer under the pillow didn’t seem to have been replaced. Housekeeping could pay closer attention so everything feels clean and fresh.

We stayed one night, Friday to Saturday, and would come back. The breakfast had lots of options and was very good, and the staff were really friendly. Even beside a busy road, the room was quiet. The blackout shades worked great too.

Ramon made me feel welcome when I arrived at Tru by Hilton Novi Detroit after 1 a.m., completely worn out from a very long drive. He was kind, polite, and treated me like a guest rather than someone passing through. He even took a moment to chat and make sure I was comfortable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy, exactly what I needed so late at night. Thanks to Ramon, the stay stood out. If you arrive late and want people who care that you're there, this is a great spot.

Everything feels newer, and the place is really nice and clean. The front desk folks are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious, bacon included, and there’s free coffee 24/7.

My first stay here went great. Even at 2:30 am, Raymone was professional and helpful during check-in. The hotel seems pretty new, and I’m enjoying the walk-in shower. Great place.
