Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis O'Fallon, IL

The people here really brought the brand to life for us. You can train anyone to do a job, but we hire for the personality that fits the culture, and these kind folks fit the bill. Thank you for a great experience, and keep up the good work. Good job, Team! We had a room for Saturday night and were so impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality that I wanted to say thanks. The welcoming staff helped us check in. I remember telling Nicki, “You're the best,” as she assisted a team member. At happy hour, a bald gentleman greeted us with a great attitude. We saw him again at the pool, checking on guests with a big smile and friendly personality. At breakfast, a nice woman offered us a tray to carry our plates. Thank you!

The hot tub was just right on a cold day, and the food was delicious. The stay was an amazing value, and every employee was courteous and helpful. Sean, the manager, was especially impressive, around during both the kickback meal and breakfast. We had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn while visiting family for Christmas. Drury always does a wonderful job. I wish they had locations in more places, since they're always a breath of fresh air compared with other hotel chains.

The pool and hot tub were clean and great, and it was convenient that the hot tub was so close to the half-indoor, half-outdoor pool. The staff were super friendly, especially the man walking around the breakfast room. Breakfast and dinner were phenomenal. I came with my husband and our four kids, and the hotel was very kid-friendly. Thanks, Drury in O’Fallon! We'll stay again if we come back to the area.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is in very good shape right now. The front desk said they plan to renovate the whole place next year. I'd stay here again without hesitation. The one thing I'd change is the oversized shower head, since the water pressure can't really support it.
