The front desk was helpful right from the start and had good dining suggestions. We ate at the hotel restaurant, where the hamburger and chicken wings were great. Our room was clean and updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was warm and a good size for the kids. We had a great stay, and I'd recommend this place to everyone I know.

Good value, especially if you're bringing a dog. There's a nice grassy spot and walking area, and it's handy being next to Bristol’s. Alyssa and Shantel were very helpful, as was the young woman working in the restaurant. Great location and a very good hotel.

We were there for a wedding and reception, and the location was perfect. There was a room mix-up, but the receptionist sorted it out right away. Staff were friendly. The lobby smelled amazing, though some of the hallway odors near the rooms were odd and off-putting. The rooms are decent for the price, but everything looks outdated and worn down, from the bedding to the bathrooms.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and adjusting the temperature was easy. Amenities were sparse: just a bar of soap and two bottles of filtered water. One side of the bed had a table lamp, while the other only had a small reading light. There was no safe in th3

We only stopped because the blizzard made continuing on the road a bad idea. The location worked for us in those conditions, and the price of the room was higher than seemed reasonable. It's a bit off I-64, with no easy way to get on and off, so I doubt I'd choose it again.
