The location worked well, but the hotel didn’t feel welcoming or family-like. I felt pretty alone there. Also, the $147 rate didn’t tell the whole story: they added another 20% that wasn’t disclosed when I arrived. There seem to be hidden fees all over, and they could overdraw your account if you don’t keep a large balance.
2/10
The location is the one good thing. There are cleaner hotels nearby for better prices. The rooms felt outdated and just mediocre, and the customer service was terrible. Manager Ben completely brushed off everything I tried to tell him.
10/10
We had a baby in our room and couldn’t hear her crying from the next room, so it was wonderfully quiet. The only small drawback was the occasional plane overhead since the hotel is near the airport, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. The room was clean and well kept, the pool was really nice, and the breakfast was better than any free hotel breakfast we’ve had. Service was amazing, and plenty of stores and restaurants were an easy walk away. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everyone was kind, and we had a nice stay at this hotel. But for a place meant for long stays, having just one washer available is unbelievable. I really didn’t like that.
10/10
Michael at the front desk helped me twice, even though he didn’t have to. His service and attitude were spot on, and the rest of the team deserves thanks too. We had lots of guests in town for a wedding, and this was a great place to stay. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes from the airport.
