The bedding was so comfortable, and the rooms were really nice. Service was wonderful, too. This hotel was a step above awesome. I just wish the free continental breakfast was available on weekends as well as during the week.

I usually don't stay at Marriott, but I was in town for business and this Downtown Marriott was fantastic. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The VIP lounge was great for a quiet breakfast or a break during the day. There's a well-stocked bar with a big bourbon selection. You can sit at the bar or settle into one of the lounge chairs or sofas. Either way, it's a relaxing bit of luxury.

We loved our corner room overlooking downtown Louisville. Outside traffic was the one downside. Make a reservation if you want to eat at the restaurant, and be ready for a long line at the on-site Starbucks, though the coffee is nice.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the place was especially clean, with a lot of attention to detail. Customer service was top notch, from the restaurants and servers to the bar. Fabulous stay. We'll definitely be back.

After a long couple of days traveling, the room's beautiful view was exactly what I needed to relax. The customer service was top notch, and I felt appreciated as a guest. On Halloween, the front desk greeted me with a smile and told me I'd been picked as Guest of the Day. I hadn't even known that was a thing. The assistant was so excited to share the news, along with a complimentary room upgrade, a certificate, and a $10 credit for the downstairs restaurant. Thanks for making my stay feel special. I'll be back.
